✔ Full Refund or Free Remake – If there are major errors such as incorrect logos, colors, or substantial design mistakes.
✔ Partial Refund or Store Credit – If there are minor defects that do not significantly impact the functionality of the product.
We use reliable shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure timely deliveries. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by these carriers, and no refunds will be issued for delayed shipments. Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor their order status.
Due to the custom manufacturing process, slight variations may occur between the final product and the reference images displayed on our website. These variations are normal and within industry standards and will not be considered defects or grounds for refund/exchange.
Before production begins, we provide:
